I never used their actual service after finding out they charge additional for any storage of faxes; I canceled prior to the 30 free trial but they are continuing to charge my credit card even though they were notified in writing I would not be needing or using their service. I followed the instructions from their support department but still they are charging my card. I changed my card and they are now hounding me for $9.99 saying I have a balance since I STOPPED them from charging my card. DO NOT USE!!!! Horrific to deal with! Stay away!
